The Fine Print

GENERAL POLICIES

  • A 50% deposit is due at the start of any project.

  • We take pride in what we do and we hope that we can achieve the vision in 3 rounds of revisions. However, sometimes it just takes longer, so for any additional revisions required, an hourly fee of $50/hour will be charged until the design is approved. PRESSEDCO will inform you of this charge prior to continuing any further work.

  • Once the digital PDF proof is approved, PRESSEDCO is not liable for any typographic or artwork errors. PRESSEDCO will be happy to run re-prints if errors are found, but it will be at the client’s expense.

  • Each piece of paper is hand-fed through an antique press one sheet at a time, so every invitation will be unique. Variations, though subtle, may occur in inking and alignment, but we think this is what makes letterpress so beautiful.

SALES TAX
Sales Tax will be charged to clients living in the state of Colorado.

DELIVERY METHODS
Upon the completion of any production, stationery can be either picked up at the studio or shipped to the address provided to PRESSEDCO. If shipped, each package will be insured and a tracking number will be provided. Please note, shipping is an additional cost and is not included in any provided quotes.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Given the nature of this art form and our attention to detail, PRESSEDCO will only grant refunds and/or re-prints for damaged or lost goods as a result of shipping.

WORKSHOP POLICIES

  • Classes begin promptly as scheduled — late arrivals will miss valuable instruction time.

  • Upon purchase of any workshop, attendees agree to follow all safety instructions given by PRESSEDCO.

  • In the event a workshop must be cancelled for unforeseen reasons, all purchases will be refunded in full.
